At Flavour Foundry, each order is custom made to ensure the freshest, highest-quality products for our customers. Due to this customization, returned items are subject to the following conditions:

1. Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of preparing your order.
2. Shipping Costs: All shipping costs incurred (outgoing and incoming) will be deducted from your refund.
3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

However, if a mistake is made on our part, we will take full responsibility. In such cases:

• We will provide a return shipping label free of charge.
• The correct items will be sent to you promptly, or a full refund will be issued if the correction cannot be made.

Please ensure that returned items are in their original, unused, and sealed condition. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
