At Flavour Foundry, each order is custom made to ensure the freshest, highest-quality products for our customers.

Unfortunately we cannot offer any refund or exchange since products are made to order and is a consumable. Once the product leaves our warehouse, we have no way of knowing if the product was mishandled or kept in a proper environment.

However, if a mistake is made on our part, we will take full responsibility. In such cases:

• We will provide a return shipping label free of charge.
• The correct items will be sent to you promptly, or a full refund will be issued if the correction cannot be made.

Please ensure that returned items are in their original, unused, and sealed condition.
